1. 接受条款
下载、安装或使用 SwipeStash（以下简称「本 App」），即表示你同意本服务条款。如果你不同意任何条款，请停止使用并卸载本 App。
2. 服务说明
本 App 是一款 iOS 照片整理工具，帮助你通过滑动操作（左滑跳过、右滑删除）快速清理相册中的照片。Pro 版本提供无限清理、无限制回忆浏览、会话目标调整、AI 主体抠图等附加功能，通过 Apple App Store 内购获取。
3. 用户责任
- 照片删除不可逆：你理解并同意，通过本 App 删除的照片将从 iOS 照片库中永久移除（进入「最近删除」相簿），本 App 无法撤销此操作。请在删除前仔细确认。
- 你有责任确保你有权管理设备上的照片库内容。
- 你应遵守适用的法律法规使用本 App。
4. Pro 订阅
- Pro 功能通过 Apple StoreKit 提供，包括 Lifetime（一次性买断）、Annual（年度自动续期）和 Monthly（月度自动续期）三种方案。
- 订阅的计费、续期、取消和退款均由 Apple 按其服务条款处理。如需取消订阅或申请退款，请在 iOS 设置中操作或联系 Apple Support。
- 价格可能因地区或促销活动而变动，以购买时 App Store 显示的价格为准。
5. 知识产权
本 App 及其所有原创内容（包括但不限于图标、界面设计、像素精灵、品牌标识）的知识产权归开发者所有。SwipeStash 名称和徽标为开发者商标。Apple、Apple 徽标、iPhone 和 App Store 为 Apple Inc. 的商标。
6. 免责声明
本 App 按「现状」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保。开发者不对以下情况承担责任：
- 因使用本 App 导致的任何数据丢失（包括照片误删）
- 本 App 的可用性、可靠性或功能中断
- 第三方服务（包括 Apple StoreKit）的可用性或准确性
7. 条款变更
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。重大变更将通过 App 更新说明或本页面通知。继续使用本 App 即表示你接受修改后的条款。
8. 适用法律
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如有争议，双方应友好协商解决。

SwipeStash — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SwipeStash (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any term, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.
2. Service Description
The App is an iOS photo organization tool that helps you quickly clean up your photo library through swipe gestures (swipe left to skip, swipe right to delete). The Pro version offers additional features including unlimited cleaning, unlimited Memories browsing, adjustable session goals, and AI subject cutout, available via Apple App Store in-app purchases.
3. User Responsibilities
- Photo deletion is irreversible: You understand and agree that photos deleted through the App will be permanently removed from your iOS photo library (moved to the "Recently Deleted" album). The App cannot undo this action. Please confirm carefully before deleting.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to manage the content in your device's photo library.
- You shall use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Pro Subscription
- Pro features are offered through Apple StoreKit, available in three tiers: Lifetime (one-time purchase), Annual (auto-renewing yearly), and Monthly (auto-renewing monthly).
- Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple under its own terms of service. To cancel a subscription or request a refund, please do so in iOS Settings or contact Apple Support.
- Prices may vary by region or promotional offers. The price displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase applies.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all its original content (including but not limited to icons, interface design, pixel sprites, and brand assets) are the intellectual property of the developer. The SwipeStash name and logo are trademarks of the developer. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The developer shall not be liable for:
- Any data loss resulting from use of the App (including accidental photo deletion)
- The availability, reliability, or interruption of the App's functionality
- The availability or accuracy of third-party services (including Apple StoreKit)
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through App update notes or this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
