本隐私政策说明「SwipeStash」（以下简称「本 App」）在你使用过程中如何处理数据。我们以「最小必要」为原则：本 App 没有自有服务器收集你的数据，不含任何广告或第三方追踪 SDK，不出售任何数据。

1. 本 App 处理的数据

1.1 照片与相册

本 App 读取你的 iOS 照片库，用于展示照片供你滑动整理。所有照片浏览、筛选和处理完全在你的设备本地进行，不会上传至任何服务器。删除照片时，本 App 调用系统 PhotoKit 接口并尊重系统删除确认弹窗——只有你点击确认后照片才会被删除。

1.2 Pro 订阅与购买

Pro 功能（无限清理、无限制回忆、会话目标调整、AI 主体抠图）为付费内容，通过 Apple StoreKit 2 提供 Lifetime / 年度 / 月度三种方案。所有支付信息由 Apple 处理，本 App 不会接触到你的信用卡号、账单地址等支付详情。我们仅通过 StoreKit 获取你的购买状态（是否 Pro），用于解锁对应功能。

1.3 本地存储

以下数据仅保存在你的设备本地（iOS UserDefaults / AppStorage），不会上传：

App 设置偏好（删除模式、会话目标、深色模式等）
会话统计数据（本轮已处理数量、历史清理总数等）
Pro 购买状态缓存
是否已完成新手引导的标记
待删区（Stash）暂存列表

2. 我们不收集、不做的事

不收集你的姓名、邮箱、账号或任何注册信息（本 App 无需注册登录）
不收集精确地理位置（不请求定位权限）
不收集或上传你的照片——所有照片处理完全本地
不收集用于广告追踪的设备标识符（无 IDFA、无广告 SDK）
不集成第三方分析或埋点 SDK
不出售、不交易任何数据

3. 第三方服务

本 App 仅通过 Apple StoreKit 框架处理购买，支付数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理。本 App 不使用任何其他第三方服务（无数据分析、无广告网络、无云存储）。

4. 数据保留与删除

本 App 不在我们的服务器留存任何数据。所有数据仅存储在你的设备上。卸载本 App 即清除全部本地数据。

5. 儿童隐私

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会刻意收集其信息。

6. 政策变更

如本隐私政策有更新，我们会修改本页面并更新顶部的「最近更新」日期。

SwipeStash — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how "SwipeStash" (the "App") handles data when you use it. We follow a data-minimization principle: the App has no backend server collecting your data, contains no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs, and never sells any data.

1. Data the App Processes

1.1 Photos & Library

The App reads your iOS photo library to display photos for swipe-based organization. All photo browsing, filtering, and processing happens entirely on your device and is never uploaded to any server. When you delete a photo, the App uses the system PhotoKit API and respects the system deletion confirmation dialog — photos are only deleted after you explicitly confirm.

1.2 Pro Subscription & Purchases

Pro features (unlimited cleaning, unlimited Memories, adjustable session goals, AI subject cutout) are paid content offered via Apple StoreKit 2 in three tiers: Lifetime, Annual, and Monthly. All payment information is handled by Apple — the App never sees your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. We only query StoreKit for your purchase status (Pro or not) to unlock the corresponding features.

1.3 Local Storage

The following data is stored only on your device (iOS UserDefaults / AppStorage) and is never uploaded:

App preference settings (delete mode, session goal, dark mode, etc.)
Session statistics (processed count this round, lifetime total, etc.)
Pro purchase status cache
A flag indicating whether you've completed onboarding
Stash (pending-deletion) list

2. What We Do Not Collect / Do

No name, email, account, or registration data (the App requires no sign-up)
No precise location (the App requests no location permission)
No collection or upload of your photos — all photo processing is fully local
No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no ad SDKs)
No third-party analytics or telemetry SDKs
No selling or trading of any data

3. Third-Party Services

The App only uses the Apple StoreKit framework for purchase processing. Payment data is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. The App does not use any other third-party services (no analytics, no ad networks, no cloud storage).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

The App retains no data on our servers. All data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all local data.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
